Some time after I came back to Singapore. I visited several churches for various reasons, baptism of relatives and even Sunday service.

I noticed that some churches have overwhelming energy but not necessary in a good way. Normally, I am sensitive to energy, and have shields setup to deflect incoming energy that mine to begin with. In one church, the energy was so strong that I had to recreate new ways to turn back and ground off the incoming energy which was surprising at that time. Upon reflection, having a huge crowd allows it to create unintentionally from the people a common thought which was the intent and purpose.

First the energy always seeks to seek to implant their wishes into a person. Together with the right beat of music (65-72) beats per minute, it can be down right hypnotic. The music was loud and encourage the crowd to sing and dance to it.

One church in particular that I visited, City Harvest. When I was reading the energy. On surface value, it was peace and love and so on.

However, as I peeled off each layer (like an onion), the inner most core was domination and control. Which to me was not surprising as that church mandate to their believers is to convert as many as possible. That church has a younger crowd which is probably more susceptible to brainwashing. They have mandated large contributions to their cause and not doing so is frowned upon.

Eventually, I did the same energy reading on various other churches like the Catholic church Holy Family, Anglican church St. Andrew’s Cathedral and a few more. All these didn’t have such a negative core. In fact, the core was really love and positive family values, which was very nice in my opinion.

The point of this post, as with all religions, not all groups have your interest at heart.

I was that the airport on Sunday to pick up my CEO. I was waiting outside of the gate bored witless. Staring at a blank beige/white wall watching people leaving the gate. I started to run energy standing there. After a while I began to notice something strange. Why did everyone have this white spot just on top of their heads. Looking closer, I found that everyone had it and most of them seemed to have this grey cloud being emitted from them.

When they turn to the sides I noticed that the white spot is actually a cone of light emitting from the top of their heads. Don’t understand why when facing them directly I cannot see that. Which was fascinating. As I watched, I noticed that when people were walking out the gate, this cloud seems to extend a much greater distance. Once they have located their friends/family, it shrinks back to 1-2 feet around them. Some of them who didn’t expect anyone to meet them had this aura 1-2 feet around them. Cool!

April 11, 2002

Been too busy at work to update. Now that I am fly back to Singapore for a short break, and I am free while waiting for my departure time thought I’ll update this.
There are several things that has happened over the last 3 weeks. I’ve moved on from BPI to another teacher. He formerly taught at BPI for a long time and has left a year or two ago. I feel he is a lot easier to learn with because he answers just about any question that is brought up rather then deal say its taught in the next lesson.. Anyway lets get down to the stories.

Yesterday’s class. Part of the time as about finding out which emotions came from whom. Sometimes, its not your own emotions. This was real fun. Second part covered healing with electric blue which was a stabilizing energy. When I tried it on Grace, Tom told me to turn down my energy. Apparently, I was exerting a lot of healing energy and I was suppose to shut it down 80%. A small amount goes a long way says Tom. So now, I have to learn not to exert healing energy and probably any energy too much.
I was at the airport again. This time I had been told that I had my chakras too wide open and its receiving too much input. So I was taught to close down or reduce the lower 3 chakras so that I would have clearer vision. So this time at the airport, I stood facing the arrival gate and started to run energy an ground myself. Yes I could see the shadows around people and the spot of light around the crown.

Ok That was fine, lets experiment, I stop grounding and running energy, and imagined my lower 3 chakras closing down to 10% of max. Hey I can see the auras again. This is good. Lets experiment so more. This time, I started running the energy, grounding and kept the chakras at 10%. Wow, much clearer shadows. much brighter crown lights. After watching for a time, I realised that the energy from each person is different. I could begin to discern that a person’s energy is very similiar to the immediate family. Lovers auras seem to different then merge when they get close.
Now I seem to have lots of spirits hanging around me. So one day I decided to try to remove some of them. So first thing I did was to tell my spirit to light up the ones which were beneficial to me. Second I ask those lighted up to leave. Seems now that I see much less lights floating around me. Next, I called forth those that are master healers. I created a truth and lie rose, and ask them are you a true healer.

Of those that replied and my rose did not change, I asked one of them to attach his hands to my hand chakras and ask him to heal my knee (which was aching) at that time. I suddenly felt my hands a little heavier then normal. I moved my hands over my knees but nothing seemed to happen.. Next I asked him to heal any pains in my body. This time when my hands moved over my body, I could see flashes of light around my body. This happened for a short while and I thanked him and asked him to detach from my chakras and my hands felt lighter immediately.

This class began with a reading on each of us about our havingness. We were told what sort of problems we are having with our havingness. Dale did one for me. He told me that there is a lot of family resistance to me having havingness. I told I agreed. This was mainly that my family was never really well off but we were comfortable. Everything had to be earned and nothing was free so to speak. So resistance for me was that the family has put a resistance that “No you are not that lucky, you have to very very hard to achieve anything” type of energy in my space. Dale was saying, I’m already working on removing that resistance which is good. 

The class then started proper by us telling our ‘growth’ period. Initially, I felt that I had none to report, but as I listened to the rest of the students, I realised that I had stopped enforcing my way on others and stopped healing each and everyone that I meet. This came to mind because that day, my female colleague that I felt put too much pressure on herself to achieve and that it created lots of dissatisfaction in her life. I wanted her to change that, but now I felt I didn’t need to change everyone and that they created this experience and they had to do their own resolving. Subconsciously I think she felt my pulling back and she was complaining over the week that “You don’t support me anymore”. I didn’t understand the impact until during the class.
Jeff also explained that the experience (that I described below) is a spirit-body communication. Its such that the body is telling the spirit what the problem is and how its affecting the body. So during my meditation, I was able to understand what is kept in my space for so long and with ‘destroying roses’ technique I have started to remove it. This was extremely interesting to me because it confirms what Carolyn Myss was talking about. Biography is biology. She preaches that what a person does energetically can affect the body both in good and bad terms. What a person thinks, does and what the society needs are, are reflected physically in the body. With this new found ability, learning what is causing discomfort physically can lead to understand my life(and past lives), my decisions and the society’s decisions can affect me and there is a way to repair it.

Jeff then taught us about mockups. Mockups to me(personally not Jeff’s words) are like Wish spells. I wish for xxx to happen to me. Unfortunately, sometimes these wishes goes astray or sometimes it goes right for someone else. Sometimes, it happens but in a general way that you don’t see it. For example, you may wish for money, then someone offers you a great job, few hours great pay. But to you your wish didn’t come true. But it DID! Unless you are extremely specific sometimes it comes to you in ways you don’t expect it. On the other hand, being too specific limits the way in which it can arrive to you.

Basic way of creating a mockup.
1. Create the image of what you want, as specific or as general a you deem fit.
2. Put this image into a rose and ground it. Let all your and other people’s energy drain from it.
3. Put up a gauge that represents the ability to have this image. Ground it, let all the resistance to having it drain down the grounding cord. Now push the gauge to 100%. Let it become fixed like putting glue, put it into a notch or some other image.
4. Put up another gauge, this one represents your confidence if it appearing to you. Again ground it and push it 100% and fix it.
5. Now put the image, the 2 gauges into a rose.
6. Now create a golden sun of NEUTRAL energy. Let this energy fill this rose and washout all other energy down the grounding cord.
7. Now release it out into the world/heaven. This important if you cannot let go of it that means you still have resistance to having it or you still have your own or other people’s energy. So repeat the steps until you can release it. By releasing, its allowed to go out to get the item for you.

Now, ideally try not to create conflicting mockups. Like making a mockup to travel then making another mockup to stay put. Or something like that. Note that if you create mockups that affect other people, they have a conscious choice to say yes or no, this is because they have their own paths to follow and it may or may not coincide with what you want.

This class covers 2 basic things. Detecting lies and “havingness”. Detecting lies was straight forward. Ground yourself, put up a protection rose to absorb /defect energies directed at you. Put up a second grounded rose, this time will this rose to react to lies being directed at you. The idea case is that when lies are directed against you, it will react in some way. Change color, fall apart, move .. just about anything instead of remaining the way it was. During the class Jeff was saying many lies and we were asked to determine if it was a lie. This worked fairly well but requires practice. 

The second session was about having-ness. This is basically your ability to have something. In most cases, we have have been brought up in a situation where we are always told what we can have and what we cannot have or what is not due to us. To increase your own personal havingness is to visualize a gauge for any particular thing. For example, a gauge for being in love, for having money. Let the position of the gauge to represent the amount of havingness for that item. Now create a grounding cord from the upper portion, (eg, if you see 60%, put a grounding cord in the balance 40%). Let the grounding cord drain out all the resistance from having it. Now put it in to your gold sun and imagine recalling all the energy that is required to achieve that 100% and more. Then let that energy fall into you filling up your every cell.
Mar 12, 2002 – Experience Updates
My experiences seem to be getting stranger. I’ve seen those white/blue orbs again. This time one of them gave me an image of a Japanese lady in a kimono sitting in a large building. Her lips move and I hear her saying she’s was my mother once. The next odd thing, is that I can now look at my body and see energy flows. Usually, when I started meditation, I have to imagine the energy flow, now I feel that I see it, I don’t have to imagine it anymore (except maybe to start the movement process). I’ve found various regions where ache appears as red glows. I found one in my chest, that seems to be having aches for a while. So I flipped it over and immediately I got an image of me not crying during my fathers funeral. It had a guilty type of feeling over it. So I put this glow in to a rose and blew it up. A couple of days later, that ache disappears for a while but comes back. I guess its too strong to let go of it easily.

We began with a mini-reading of each of us so that we know what we are doing and how we are progressing. I think we didn’t really understand what was being said during this reading. After this each of us told us about our experiences during the week. I told him (Jeff) of my experience in that temple in Thailand.. he goes yep you are recovering energy left over from there.. Hey look your teacher is still hovering over to your left, I think he believes you to be his best pupil, but I doubt you can get much from him now, as he has not had a body for a long time.

The next odd thing that happened was that I was watching a movie (Practical Magic) on TV. At a few minutes after 10pm, I felt a hand touch my chest, I was lying on the couch at that time, my eyes flicked upwards and I saw the smiling face of Grace (one of students in the class), then the image vanished. I ignored it and went back to watching the program. 15 minutes later, I checked my email and her first email to me arrived and the date/time stamp ws 10.02pm. I asked her about it and she said she composed the email earlier but the mail got stuck in the outbox. So when she arrived back hope she clicked the send button again at just after 10.

I asked Jeff about this, he was a little surprised that this happened and asked if we had know each other before this class. I told him this was the first time I met her in class. He then asked me if I felt any feelings towards her when I met her. I said I think we felt friendly to each other from the beginning. He then had his famous “far away” look when his reading energies, he bent down his head had a mischievous grin and changed topic. This is irritating.. what on earth did he see! I told Grace and she also very curious too.

Now back to the class proper. For some reason he asked us to take a field trip, which in fact is a projection of mind/spirit to another place. I think he wants us to understand that we have done this before on our own many times and we can consciously do it at will.

Finally he thought us the main lesson for the night which was protection roses. The basic idea is to create a rose and let it vibrate with the same energy as you. Ground this rose. Now when energies are directed at you, happiness, sadness, anger, joy, money or anything else. This rose would intercept this energy and you can become detached from the other person. We then did some experiments by pairing up and and telling stories to each other. We listen to the stories with and without the roses.

The experience was that when we listen to the stories we get caught up with the story and feel that we have to react to it. With the rose, we no longer react to the emotional energy from that other person and can listen without getting caught up with the story. Surprising thing is that the story tellers felt that they too aren’t as emotional about it and some realize that the situation is something for them to learn and they have to take responsibility for themselves.

Apparently, the rose works both ways, it prevents other people’s energy from entering your space and allows them to experience this totally for themselves and it also prevents your emotions from entering their space.

Mar 04, 2002 – Experience Update
Tonight as I was mediating and running energy. I started to practice things not taught in this class. These are recognizing and removing of energy from family members and cleaning of chakras. To recognize other people’s energy in your space is fairly simple. Begin with creating a rose then draw a person’s energy from your aura, example for father or mother. Move it to one side. Create a second rose of your energy and compare the difference in the roses. When you have finished doing that. Let the rose of the other person’s energy suck out their energy from your body. Then explode it with the intention of it returning to them. You can repeat this with all kinds of energy. The cleaning of chakras is also fairly simply, for the 3 lower chakras use earth energy for the upper 4 chakras use cosmic energy. Gently use this energy to slowly wipe off any perceived dirt that is clouding the chakras.

The last thing I did was to discover the “God of my Heart” this is to increase the ability to talk my higher self. I won’t describe the procedure here as its a long process.
After doing all of these processes, I settled down to simply running of earth and cosmic energy.

I suddenly decided I want to see my own aura. In my mind a plasma cloud seem to envelope my body. If you have seen StarTrek you will understand what I mean by plasma clouds. It had blues greens with some orange and reds here and there. With this active I decide to do some creating and destroying or roses. Interesting was I can see other images light up as pin points of light in my aura and body. When i try to blow up roses with pictures, I find that there are tiny pin points of lights in the aura and my body, I guess these are similar pictures with the one I am blowing up. What I do then is create another rose and let the pinpoints of light migrate to this rose before I blow it up.
Last exciting thing was that as I was looking at the different areas of the plasma around me. I noticed several balls.. well not balls but more like ovals that was white in the center with a blue glow. There were easily 6-8 of them around. As I stretched out my psychic hand and touched some of them. Some of them created images of different people from different countries. Some nothing happened. There was a Japanese women, some south east asia oriental man, some rough looking Hispanic and a couple of others.As I was observing them, I saw another orb zoom past me and I said hello to it. It sort of made a U-turn and flew in front of my face, pause a while and flew off.

In this class we are thought how to run energy. We run Earth and Cosmic naturally, when we were young this happens automatically, when we get older, sometimes, it gets slow and clogged. One of the purpose of running energy is to clean out all the ‘dirt’ and all the energy to wash clean all our channels. This helps to clean out karma, misconceptions and other blocks which can cause pain.

The interesting thing about it is that is similar to the Taoist chi meditation in which a practitioner would move his chi in a circular orbit around his body. This I used to practice during my teen years.

This running of energy consists of 2 parts. The first part is to draw from the earth, earth energy to run up through the feet, to reach the 1st chakra and return down to the earth via the grounding cord. To do this, sit comfortably on a chair, place feet firmly on the ground. Imagine opening the feet chakra. The feet chakra is located somewhere in the middle of the feet. If you move your palm a few inches over soles, there is a spot that feels different. This is your feet chakra. Create a grounding cord, and imagine the earth energy flowing up your legs, mix a little in your 1st chakra and down your grounding cord. You will find there is a warm sensation running through your legs was this happens.

The second part is to run cosmic energy. Imagine opening your crown chakra and draw in the cosmic energy from the father est part of the universe. The crown chakra can be found also by running your hand over your head. There is a spot there that feels hot, that is your crown chakra. Visualize the energy coming through your crown chakra down your back, this splits into 4 channels from your neck until your 1st chakra. Now let the energy of the earth and cosmic energy mix a little. Now imagine the combined energy (90% cosmic 10% earth) come up through the middle of the body and through all the chakras. As it reaches the throat chakra, 1/3 will flow down the arms into your hand chakras and fountain out. The rest fill continue up through the crown chakra and fountain out. This energy will now wash through your aura and down through the grounding cord where the edge of the aura intersects the grounding cord.
The cosmic energy felt different for different people, although earth energy felt about the same. I wonder why. Some people felt that the cosmic energy was cooler and lighter. I felt it to be extremely hot. 

When I tried it weeks before this class. There was a sharp pain as if someone stabbed a needle into my throat. I stopped everything and I remembered that a psychic saying that I had like a chain, or some medallion covering my throat chakra with a lock on it. I then visualized my own hands reaching for the blockage and saying “Whatever this blockage is, I don’t need this anymore”. When I started to run energy this time, it flowed without any pain. Although the flow through my throat felt sluggish as if it was being used for the first time.

Nothing significant happened this time. The only unusual thing that happened was that one of the students whom I practiced the mind projection (as described below) ask if I was bored again. I asked her why, she said it was because she felt my mind again and it had a familiar presence.

In this class, as usual the clairvoyant students did some psychic healing. Once everyone has arrived, we split into groups and the class began proper. We started with us describing our observations during our practice during the week. After which we proceeded to learn the Golden Sun method for recalling our own energy and refueling ourselves. The method is to visualise a bright burning sun about 6 feet above us.

Now will that the sun start recalling all the energy that we have left behind. Like those we left in our work place, from people who we met, anywhere that our mind has focused on. Visualise the energy returning and after a while release the energy and let it fall onto our bodies and let the golden light fill up every cell of our bodies. This was very interesting as many of us found ourselves much more refreshed after this.

Karma was defined as an exchange of energy with a place or another being. This energy is what is holding ourselves back from progressing. To dissolve the karma, visualise a rose and let it represent the energies that both you and the place/being is being held. Ground it and let it drain out until its clear.

The next major thing we learned was that we can use grounding for just about anything. Just as we can leave energies in beings and places so can anyone else. Learning to ground your car helps you to remove these energies that you and others put into it. To do that visualise the car and create a grounding cord between the car and the earth. Now at this point, I’m embarrassed to admit.. I got bored. I turned my mind to look at the other students in the class. I saw shadows that represent the shape of the people and a glowing cord connection their spine to the center of the earth.

Whats even more amazing was that I saw the cars that they were visualising. I noticed that Grace who was sitting next to me had a low 2 seater sports and when I mentioned it later she said she had a Z3 and I was correct. I noticed other cars like a white Japanese car, green 4 wheel drive jeeps and so on. I’m bad at knowing car shapes so I can’t name models just the description of the types. 

The last thing we did that night was to demonstrate to ourselves what is like to have another person in our minds and what’s it like to be in someone else’s mind. This was interesting. To be in another mind, it feels strange and foreign. For someone to be in your mind, you feel an unwelcome pressure. 

Experience and observations before the next class:

1) I found sometimes when after ground, golden sun. I would sit silently for a while. I get flashes of a purple crystal forming in my head. It seems to be forming more facets. Don’t understand this yet.

2) Based on the karma teachings and recalling energy. I decided to go back to the begining of my memory to try to recall everything that I have done and recall those energy left there. At the same time, dissolve karma with everyone that I have met in this lifetime. So what I did was enter a meditative state, ground, golden sun energy replenishment. After this, I would sit quietly for a few moments and ask my spirit to show me all the scenes where I left memory in the year X. Beginning with my childhood around 4-5 years old. I get images of people and things that I have done.

For people I always say, whatever hurt that we have caused each other lets forgive each other. Then imagine the karmic rose and start draining it. Then ask that all the energy that I have invested to it return to my golden sun, let all the negativity be burned in clean energy. Once in a while, I let the sun’s energy return to me. Whats interesting is that I found that it wasn’t people that seemed to have lots of my energy. I found that it is decisions that I made that seemed to have the greatest energy being stored. Especially those that seemed to may have affected my whole life. When released there was a wave of energy returning, which although directed at the sun, I could feel the wake of energy on my face and body as it moved back to the sun.

This class was held at the Mountain View branch of the Berkeley Psychic Institute. I arrived at about 7.15pm for my first meditation class.Many people were gathered and sitting in a circle and the advance students and teachers were performing healings for the various people seated. After paying for the class $150 for 6 weeks. I too joined in and received a healing. After everyone has arrived, the group was broken up into different classes, one for Meditation I, Healing I and Male I (I think these were the classes on that night. Soon our teacher introduced him self (Jeff) and he gave an introduction to who he is (new director for Mountain View), what the organisation was like. How the classes are conducted, what was expected and so on.
Soon he started on the basic tool, Grounding. He explained it as one of the most often used tool because it helps you center yourself, removes other peoples energy and there were more advance uses which will be taught in another class. We began by closing our eyes and Jeff started to ask us to visualize that we are sitting on a tree trunk with the roots reaching all the way to the center of the earth. After a pause, he asked us to visualize unwanted energy being drawn down this trunk and into the earth. Starting from the feet and moving up towards the head. When it was over he asked us to describe the experience. As each person spoke on his/her experience, Jeff commented on each of us. Basically, each of us will have their own visual image, it doesn’t matter what it is because each of us are at a different stage of development so we would see different things. Sometimes, a person simply doesn’t see anything in the beginning, this doesn’t mean that nothing is happening, it just that the spirit is not ready to show you what is happening.
There were some announcements and we all repeated the process once again and some of the people had different comments or saw different things. Most of us had an headache or a dull pain in the forehead between the eyes. This apparently was like an unused muscle stretching after a long period of being still. After the class was almost over, we had an experiment to show that being grounded makes you more stable physically and sometimes it can be used to make things work (like cars).

So here are some observations of mine during the week when I was practicing it.
1) You can avoid the head pain. What I found was that when you try to bring your mind to the center of the head, your eyes tend to follow. That creates an unnatural strain because its trying to look into your head. You can avoid this, by simply telling yourself to disassociate the eyes from your mind and that your mind can see on its own without the help of the eyes. This takes a bit of practice but afterwards, you will find that you can look from your mind without your eyes following.

2) Grounding sometimes makes you less noticeable. I tried it at a restaurant waiting area. Those that saw me sit down reacted normally because they know I was there. Those that came later didn’t react to my presence until I spoke and these are my office colleagues. Need more experiments to figure this one out.

3) After a period of focusing the mind, I found that the mind can exist at a single point. There was a period when I found my mind was literally inside my skull. Like I was in cave and it was made out of my skull. There was an interesting experience.

4) Once you have reached that Point Mind mode. I felt that I was no longer a physical being but a spiritual being. Which could be projected out at will. I tried to leave but I think there was some fear that was preventing my to totally trip out. I think some protection elements are missing.

There was a Trans-channeling and healing session with a theme Forgiveness. I decided to attend this because I wanted to see psychics channel spirits to conduct healing sessions. When I arrived, there is a registration process and I randomly chose a seat. There was a group about 12-14 channelers and a few controllers who were guiding and helping the channelers. Soon after the crowd settled down. The director spoke about the nights events and introduced the psychics. Then he asked them to begin to bring in the spirits. As each one came in he asked them to introduce themselves and what each of them was here for. Some said they were here to help physical healing, some about agreements between you and other beings (living or dead), some about other beings in your spiritual space and how to get them out. Some about the beings that you have agreements and how to resolve them.
That group split into 2 groups front and back of the rooms. The back row would give personal healings. The front row would answer various questions pertainig to healing hurts, physical, psychological and psychic types. This was interesting as people started asking questions and these spirits would either negotiate on that person behalf or teach them how to resolve it themselves.

So now it comes to my part. I raised my hand and the director invited me to ask my questions. It was required to speak my name and count to ten so that the spirits can find me. So I did that and started to describe my experience on the 27Jan(below). Before I could finish the director pulled up a chair much to the surprise of everyone and and put it with the row of psychics and asked me to sit and listen to the controllers instructions. The controllers told me not to do grounding and match the colours of the other crown chakras which was white.

I visualised a burning white flame on top of my head. Apparently the other spirits in the row thought that I was doing it correctly and started to complement me. After a while, the crowd noise and the speaking began to receed and became like background white noise. I called on that entity that was my spirit guide and she appeared in my mind. I asked her who and why she was here. I started to get images of her life and looks like she could have been my mother. She lived during the time of the civil war in US where there was black slavery. After a while,I became aware of the crowd again and was wondering about what was happening. At this time, it was almost the end of the session and the directory asked everyone to thank the spirits and asked the psychics to come back. So the session ended and the trans-channelers were surprised that I could do it so well. When I told them that I had only begun to do the meditations they were even more surprised.

Susan Bostwick (wife of founder of Bekeley’s Psychic Institute) was giving a free lecture on “You maybe be psychic, not crazy”. It was basically the history of the institute and she was giving some examples of people who experience their own psychic abilities and because others don’t believe they get scoldings, put downs and sometimes it scars them for a long time. She was talking about a women who was at a class and it was about seeing auras but she kept saying to her self that she wanted to see spirits. Suddenly she saw auras but dismissed it because it was not what she wanted to see. Anyway, I said to myself, “I want to see Auras” set back and waited expectantly. I was looking slightly above Susan Bostwick head suddenly, the wall behind her seemed to move back (like a wide angle lens effect) and it began to become very very dark. Then her head began to glow white and a couple of feet around her was a red colored shell. I got excited “is that the aura? is that the aura?” then just as suddenly as it happened the image faded back to normal.

This description is going to be full of psychic terms, you would understand easier if you listen to the tapes above.
I started my meditation practice by listening to the hemi-sync CDs to help move into a proper mental state faster. I did the standard grounding, running of earth and cosmic energies, energy recalling and golden sun healings. Now I did something not in those tapes. I started to put grounded sentries in front of my chakras starting from the lowest and moving upwards. Suddenly I became aware that my body was trembling, bouncing up and down on the sofa I was sitting on.This continued for a short while even after I reached my crown (7th chakra).
Then all became quite.. My eyes were closed but I became aware of a movement in front of my eyes. With my eyes still closed, I said hello to that presence and an image of a black women appeared in my mind. She was wearing a dress of grayish material and white apron. I asked her if she was my spirit guide, she just smiled. Then I asked her if she would help me realign and heal my chakras. Again she smiled, this time I could see her hands move towards me and moved them over my chakras. My body started to tremble again although not as strong as the first time. Then I thanked her and came out of the meditation. The next day I felt much more energetic which was great.

Feb 2nd, 2002 Early Afternoon

Invited to co-sit at someone else’s reading.
I went over to the Berkeley Psychic Institute (Mountain View Branch) to register for a meditation I class I happened to meet Kim who was the director of that branch. I started to ask her about the encounters that I had (as show below) but she was interrupted by the incoming visitors (it was another Fair type event. So while waiting I started to practice meditation, she suddenly pulled me into one of the psychic reading rooms and asked me to sit with an instructor (she pull a student to let me sit in). He asked me to follow his directions and the lady who wanted the readings sat down.

She wanted to know how her son died and I got an impression of sudden death like a car accident. (I didn’t say anything) The instructor told her that the death was sudden, one minute he wa alive and the next he was dead. She said he was on a boat when he died and wanted to know how (as no-one could find out). I got the impression of something hitting him and fell overboard but was unconscious before he hit the water. The instructor told her because this could be a dangerous thing for him to answer because the police could go after him. He did say that the son had the impression that someone snuck up behind him and hit him. The women asked who was on board, I got 2 faces one with a small beard and one clean shaven. The instructor also said so. And this went on for a while. He could see the feelings and thoughts of the son, I only picked up a few images. After it was over, and she had left, he asked me about my experience, as I was telling him, Kim came over and excited told him all I did was listen to the Med 1 tapes a couple of weeks ago, he had an expression of surprise then envy (like damm how could he improve so fast). I thanked Kim and that instructor for that experience and when back to the office.. I was testing some stuff in the office).
