Protection

Basic Protection:

Whereever you go, you are facing a lot of energy intentional or not from
many different people. There are times you need to distance yourselves
from the energy being directed at you. The best defense is simply to
ground away the energy being directed at you.

How to:

1. Create a rose infront of you.
2. Imagine a strong grounding cord from the center of the rose down to the center of the planet.
3. Now imagine that this rose is a vaccume that sucks all negative energies directed at you and sends all of it down to the center of the planet to be recycled.

Some things not to do:

1. Do not attempt to reflect the energy back at the person. This in effect is to create a negative karma for yourself as you are now the aggressor.
2. Do not attack the incoming energy, most are just casual thoughts and have no serious intend.

Some things you can do.

1. Transmute the energy to love. See it change into a pink light full of love and kindness and return that to the sender.
2. If you can do readings, you can find out who is it sending negativity to you and maybe hope to find out why. It could be you did something actually hurtful without realising.
