Backup - Directory Sync

Excellant free sync software. This is great to create backups of stuff across multiple destinations.
Supports virtually any destination folder. Probably all that an normal home user would encounter.
For me the important factor is that it support multiple job definitions.
For example,
I want to create a job to copies a set of folders to a USB device and at a different time interval, copy the same set of folders to a internet site via ftp or to another a NAS.
The idea of multiple sites for the same job is really inline with the backup philosophy. You should not have only one copy of the data. If you do, its called an archive not a backup. You need to backup an archive. Hence you should have atleast 2 copies of your data. One onsite and one off-site incase of building problems like fire or theft.
